I purchased a few plumbing supplies recently, related to PVC gutters and the brackets that I had purchased previously were of the very old type. Despite several delays the staff at Plumblink went the extra mile to ensure I had suitable bolts for these outdated brackets. However when installing the gutters I found the bolts to be of the incorrect size. The manager (Peter Wilson) who was not available at the time contacted me immediately when he heard of my plight (on my cell) and was extremely patient as we had a bad connection. I was further amazed when the staff member who served me (Alton) also called to apologise for the inconvenience. Plumblink then offered a full refund on the bolts and a full set of the latest PVC gutter brackets at no cost. I also observed that ALL the staff at Plumblink were friendly and helpful from the sales, reception to dispatch and Mr Wilson is an absolute gentleman.
