We found this man on the internet, claiming he belonged to the IOPSA, a fact he about upon later investigation. The original quotation he drew up was R6500 including materials, he claimed its a two day job and would take a maximum of four. I paid a deposit of R4500 and a week later he claimed he ran out, I then payed out the other R2000. After this he approached me with 'miscalculation' problems and that it would cost much more. i went and checked the prices and realized he couldn't have spent R2000 on materials in bathroom as i bought most of the stuff myself. The pipes are leaking, and two and a half weeks later the works not even done. Furthermore he picks up Causal workers from str corner after he claimed that he has his own private full time workers, he fights with these people in front of the house and pitches up drunk, he doesn't know what he's doing and best late half a day, never mind an hour. stay far away from him.
