We called ADT to install 2 additional sensors and were told that if the sensors were in close proximity to existing sensors, they would not charge labour fees, but only for materials used. The sensors were installed and we were subsequently presented with an invoice for materials and 2 hours labour. On questioning the installer he said the only thing he could do was to organise a 10% discount. We then asked him for 1 additional remote. We were then sent a quotation for the remote and another1 hour callout/labour fee. We called them to waiver the 1 hour fee in view of the fact that they had already billed us for the 2 hours they had initially claimed would not be billed. We were sent from person to person and were promised they would call us back. I have been a client for more than 5 years with 2 accounts with them. They still have not gotten back to me. I spoke with them on 4 September, and was reassured that at least I got a 10% discount. On invoice there was no discount either.
