OUTsurence and the R400 campaign

If OUTsurance spent the money they use on advertising campaigns to actually reducing premiums, people would be more happy. OUTsurnace could not give me an affordable premium for my last 3 cars!

I had a quotation done and it was way higher than that of MiWay, so I stayed with MiWay and OUTsurance payed out R200. I sold that car and bought a NEW CAR recently and hoped OUTsurance would give me a better quote this time for this new car I have and they didn't... again. So I claimed my R400 for not beating it and they said I have claimed before so I can not claim again.

Funny thing about this is that, my licence now is older, I am older and I bought a NEW CAR!!! so the logic here is, I can search for another insurance company. This should be a different quotation all together. Why is outsurence driving a call to action to us with certain "Clauses" that do not even make sense. The call centre person sounded like he didn't' even know about this "clause".

Don't tell us you will bend over backwards and even pay if you can't when you know very well that you won't!!! Such misleading advertising!
