Shockingly poor service

After a good first experience I went back to Plumblink. My second order was not the same - No feedback received on my order - countless phone calls to 2 different sales people to try and find out what was going on, each time at my initiation as nothing is forthcoming from them, not even to tell me they are looking into it or waiting for suppliers. Still no order, still no feedback... 2 weeks after order!

Shockingly poor service... Apparently Plumblink has too many customers and don't need new business - I will not go back which is a pity cause my first experience was really positive.
