Sometimes we as people, we're so quick to point fingers and blame others, I've been going through all the complains logged to Standard Banks (Consolidation)/Customer Assist, Good people in order to be assisted we must have patience, I'm talking from experience and I can tell you now that these people they try their level best to assist.
I'm also awaiting feedback from Staff Assist as per my application sent in on the 28th of March and I've been calling in FOR FEEDBACK HENCE i'M THE ONE REQUIRING ASSISTANCE FROM THEM, IF YOU DONT TAKE THE INITIATION TO DO SO TELL MEWHO WILL? Why must you peple complain for calling in the call centre and have to wait? The main reaso you holding is, there's many people calling in to them for different reasons (this should make sense).

Lets please all be realistic people, Yes I'm also on the panic mode myself because I havent received feedback from them and whats worse is, my creditors are listing me already and I'bebeen waiting for a month and weeks already but because I've dealt with them before I know that they work with a system generated process and will def come back to me with positive feedback.
