No delivery of goods, terrible/none responses

Ordered a kindle and kindle cover from them.

5 weeks later, no update from them.
After countless emails, they barely give any feedback on when the item will be delivered.
I still have no idea when it will be delivered.

Moreover, when I try cancel and complain about the service and delivery, they don't apologise, but instead say sure you can cancel but acknowledge that we will bill you for everything under the sun if you do!

Shockingly poor service and attitude and no delivery of goods.

Do not order from them and I am cancelling my order and stopping the payment from going through.
