BAD WORKMANSHIP CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have built a brand new house and PARKMORE had to do several repairs. I need more repairs done and I cant even get the owner to commit to my repairs even after giving them 6 months to do so. You call in and they give you a run around of note. Please advise me what steps I need to take.
