3 months and still no BB

To Whom It May Concern:

I had my BB 9300 cellphone booked in for repairs at the Adderley Street, Cape Town branch on the 14 December 2012, requesting a quoted repair. Yes, its silly season, so I gave them till 15 January 2013, no response. Telephoned the branch at the end of January, to ask where is my quote to have the BB repaired? They said, Repair Centre tried to contact me with quote to repair, but no call was received. Quote came to R458, so I said go ahead and have BB repaired. The Repair Centre only called me with the quote, after I contacted the branch. It is now the 25 February, money has been deducted, still no handset.By the time this handset comes back, my contract will be up for renewal!!
Really pathetic service...
