REFUSAL to pay for services rendered

On 19 June 2013 at 03:00, my office received an emergency call from Mr Harish Prag of Blinds World, Somerset West asking for help. His business had been burglarised and he needed a security officer to protect the premises until morning. My company placed a security officer on the scene in all good faith but when faced with a tax invoice for services rendered as per Mr Prag's request, he refused to pay stating that his insurance or Land Lord would resolve the matter. Four months have passed and we have not received either payment or explanation. Well done Mr Prag, what an example of a fine, upstanding, moral, principled pillar of our community - someone we can all look up to and be proud of. I would suggest that you hang on to the money as you obviously need it to keep your fleet of luxury vehicles on the road, which far exceeds the basic needs of my security officer. Keep up the good work and good luck with your business endeavours for the future!!!
