Service consultants not interested to help

I've been to Builders Warehouse in Sunninghill and Fourways a number of times and it always astonishes me how disinterested the service consultants are to help a customer. There are never enough consultatnts available to help the customers, with groups of customers waiting around and later just giving up and taking a best guess or going to another store. It has also happened more than once that consultants are in too deep conversation with each other to be bothered by helping a customer. The knowledge on the items being sold seems extremely poor.

I've been avoiding Builders Warehouse by going to other stores which sell similar goods - as these stores at least look interested to help and are happy to have your business.
