Useless

I went to builders to buy tiles, when i went to collect i had to wait an half an hour before someone assisted me, when i approach someone for help they refer me to someone else, then half of the staff left as i was waiting saying their shift is over. After Lesley and the forklift driver argued for about 10min to use the forklift they eventually helped, Lesley was the only helpfull one, the forklift driver was arrogant, this is my second complaint about you guys, last time Ferdi assured me the boss will phone me later to hear if i am happy but still nothing over 2months later.
