Saves the Day in Qunu

Simon Morris from Queenstown Forklift Hire really went the extra mile and delivered exceptional service when we needed him to respond to a breakdown on a forklift that had been hired in the Qunu area of the Eastern Cape for a very important national event, with an extremely tight deadline. We contacted him after 9:21 pm on the Friday night of a long weekend, he agreed to assist us and was in Qunu (over 200 kms away) by 3 am the next morning. Due to the specialised nature of the forklift and its remote location, it was extremely difficult for him to obtain the necessary spares to ensure 100% reliability and he stayed and worked on the problem until the client could continue with their job. He kept us updated on the progress throughout the job and his return trip home was delayed by 4 hours due to national security. He even found a local response company in the area, should the forklift breakdown again. Exceptionally good service. Many, many thanks.
