Accident happened at Blue Hills Buildit

I went to Build it Blue Hills 4 months ago on a suturday morning to buy some staff, when i finished i went to the collection area to collect my the things i bought, while my car was parked there and waiting for the staff to be loaded in my car, their driver came with a pallet of bricks on a forklift, he wanted to load them in a truck that was parked next to me, then the bricks fell from the forklift and damaged my car, we went to the police station to open the case, then the claim was logged with CIB Insurance and Annalien Van Zyn is the person who is handling that claim, since the beginning of September she has been telling us that she is waiting for her manager to sign the papers to release the payment, until today nothing has been done, i am stuck with a damaged car which I use to generate income at home, everyday when we phone her she tells me she will phone me back tomorrow which she doesn't.
