Storm water drain unit not working

Trench plumbers Quoted to install a storm water drain which is 22 times under sized and now want to charge more money to fix it,
I employed the services of a plumber to spec the system correctly, there failure to do so leaves me with a undersized system which i paid 4 times to much for to start with after investigation of equipment used.

I would not allow them to fix my hose pipe!
