We bought a flat and had it for 4 years now. From Dec'12 I had a water leak in my garage. Once to discover that the storm water pipe is connect to the sewer, the water is not draining. The water bypass the poor design of the drain pipe filtering into my gagare. This caused the garage floor to lift up and damaging the foundation. The builders reply was & admitted that he will in future make sure of his drain pipes. he told me that the warranty is over the period and will not be able to assist. This is for my own account. PLEASE AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AS IT WILL COST YOU!!
