I called plumbers on call this morning, arranged for a plumber to unblock a drain, then awhile later received a call asking again for my address details, I queried this and asked if they were from plumbers on call they said yes but they don't get sent the address details from the call centre. Anyway they arrived and charged me R1932 to unblock a drain.

A little while later plumbers on call phoned me and said they were on their way. So AAA Home Services somehow got may details and pretended to be from plumbers on call. I have no idea of the going rate but assume I was overcharged it did seem very high to me.

I phoned and asked how they got my details but just keep saying they got them from their marketing department and also did not know if they were associated to plumbers on call and eventually just put the phone down on me.

I phoned multiple times asking to speak to a manager to check if they were associated with plumbers on call but still have not heard from them so assume not.

Stay away from these people.
