S/Bank contracted plummer unacceptable service

On 19 Jul I logged a blocked drain with Standardbank Insurance, they were quick to respond and dispatched Geyser Boys to my house. They could not open the drain and said they will have to come back with more drain rods as they did not bring enough. I arranged with them to come on Monday 22 Jul as I was not available over that weekend. During the course of the morning I received a call from them telling me that they have found a second inspection hole and they want to open it. I later receive a call from S/Bank telling me that the plumber was unable to open the drain and that I need to get some one else to do a camera inspection of the drain to see what the blockage was and then open it. When I arrive at home I was shocked to see that Geyser Boys just had dug a trench, broke the pipe of the inspection whole to get their rods out and left it like that. What made me even more mad was when I phoned Add Hoc Loodgieters to come and sort the problem out they said that one can only use a camera once a drain is OPEN. Geyser Boys not only to me about the camera "inspection" but also broke my drain pipes and just left. Add Hoc opened the drain within 20min no tree roots found
