EDGARS PLUMBERS MESSED UP SHOWER PRESSURE

This happened - two years ago. I put up a complaint then. I used Edgars club to prepair a leaking pipe coming out of the geyser. They send out the plumber, he climbed into roof and replaced the pipe. After the job, our water pressure in the shower dropped considerably. After I made complaint the plumbing company phoned me and said it is impossible it is their fault. I must just wait, it will get back to normal in the future.
Its now almost two years ago. We have suffered with this terrible water pressure in the shower. The reason that I am posting only now again, is that we decided to call somebody to fix this problem, the plumbers caused. It was they who caused this, problem was NEVER there before the plumber was in our roof. And I think it is terrible they just tell us they are not responsible. So I basically paid R30, for them to cause I dont know how much damage yet. I posted this now so that people must rather use private plumber, than use Edgars club's. I thought it will save me money, but it is going to cost me now.
