OVER BOOKING GRASS TICKETS (SA vs PAKISTAN)

I'm am highly annoyed at TicketPros, for ruining my Sunday at the Cricket.

Bought two tickets for SA vs Pakistan at Willowmore Park, Benoni. This is at best a Provincial Cricket Ground that is being used for International Games. I have no problem with that. My problem is when TicketPros sells SO MANY grass tickets when there is not enough space for the Tickets sold.

I arrived at the Stadium at 9am, game starting at 10am. The grass was full then, and more people where streaming in. At any other stadium there wouldnt be a space problem arriving an hour before the game. I was highly annoyed, as there was an OBVIOUS miscalculation on TicketPros part.

If I pay for a ticket, that means I'm assured a space, not that there is a first come first serve. There also was no controlling how people set up on the grass, with some people setting up Gazebos (which weren't allowed) and spreading out blankets everywhere, taking up previous space.

My friends and I eventually had to sit in the passage-way of the seated tickets, where we had a small view in between heads. We eventually had to leave as we couldn't put up our umbrellas and where getting walked on.

This is not what I paid for!!!
