Nearly TWO month waiting period for REFUND

I purchased tickets for January, SA vs NZ test day 4. The game ended on day3 and we were instructed by cricket South Africa to take the tickets back to place of purchase for refund (Postnet Mostert street, Cape Town). Postnet informed me that as per instruction by ticketpros they would only sent through the refund on 5th of February.
On 10th Feb I contacted Ticketpro via telephone to which I received appalling service. They could not help. I then emailed them numerous time and eventually one of the regional managers responded saying they would process the refund on 18th Feb. Today is the 22nd Feb and I have not yet received my refund. I e-mailed Pierre on 20th and asked him to follow up which he said he would but never got back to me. I find it firstly unacceptable that I need to wait this long for my refund and "fight" for my own money. No one wants to take responsibility for this. Postnet says its Ticketpros and ticketspros says it Cricket South Africa. i don't want apologies or excuses, all I want is MY money. If i had a choice I would NOT use Ticketpros again, unfortunately this is not possible!!! The processed are not consumer satisfactory and the service is DISGUSTING!!!
