Ticket Refund process Frustrating

Good day,

I purchased cricket tickets online from ticket pros however the match was rained out. The ticketpros representative provided detailed feedback on the refund and exchange process. Upon contacting the postnet mount edgecombe branch, where I purchased the ticket and was supposed to complete a refund form, the guy said this should be done by ticketpros. After going back and forth a few times with Ticket pros and postnet I eventually got a refund form from Ticketpros. The guy from the mount edgecombe postnet was not helpful at all when all he needed to do was send me the form. He did not want to help me or even the people at ticketpros after they contacted him.

this is frustrating and unacceptable service.
