Rude & unhelpful!

Upon calling ticketpros today to verify information on their website, the call center agent was very rude and told me she can't help me and I should send cricket SA an email. When I asked for her name, she started screaming at me saying that she cannot help me. So eventually got the name Nthabi out of her, not sure if that even her real name.
Very unnecessary to be so rude when a customer is simply calling to ask when ticket sales are opening for a particular match.
