No show!!

Booked and paid for a spring clean service with gary via email so I have everything documented. Also called gary to confirm what time to expect them. He responded that they would be here at 7. They did not arrive on the day agreed. I called and garys phone was off. Also contacted patience and th re number just rang. After few hours patiencr returned my call to say that gary had not instructed her about cleaning my home. this was pretty unacceptab le as id paid and confirmed the service with gary beforehand. Im a lawyer and will be taking this further if they dont make amends
