Web Africa are Useless

We have our website domain and emails hosted with Web Africa. We switched to Web Africa in July because our previous service provider (Ample Hosting) disconnected our account without warning for no reason. Web Africa came to the rescue (or so we thought).

Then on Tuesday, 10 September our emails and website went down. We thought the problem was with Web Africa only to find out that it was Ample Hosting who had done their final disconnecting of our services and Web Africa had never even done the switch for us despite sending us mails telling us it had been done. We had still been with Ample Hosting that entire time (3 months).

It is now Thursday, 12 September and our emails and website are still down. The support staff are useless. They sent me a message telling me everything had been resolved but none of us are receiving emails. The call centre is even more useless. It forces you to leave a voicemail message if no one answers after 10 minutes and no one returns your phone call.

Then when trying to respond to online tickets their system logs you out and you lose the 4 page reply that you typed up.

We have lost a huge amount of business these past 3 days.
