Mustek
No Action on request and no spares as promised

I bought a relatively expensive APC Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Mustek, who represent APC in Cape Town, South Africa, assured me prior to purchase that replacement batteries would be readily available.

Batteries failed earlier than expected. Contacted Lisa who said that Mustek had no stock and she would get back to me as a matter of urgency. Still waiting for a call from Lisa!
