Terrible service from Mustek

On the 10th of October I ordered a new power supply for my ASUS laptop, I paid for it the following day (11th) and I was told it would take 3-7 working days for it to arrive. It is now two weeks later and I was told yesterday it could take up to three weeks for it to arrive, this is not acceptable.
Second complaint, I sent my broken power supply that is still under warranty in on the 21st, I told them it was for a warranty exchange as per my discussion with ASUS and it was understood. Last Friday I received an email asking if they could go ahead with the repair at a cost of R914, I replied telling the consultant that it was a warranty exchange. I received no reply until this morning, the reply was the exact same message as Friday, not a dot or comma different to the first message. It is quite clear my reply was not even read.
I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.
