I bought a Asus N56V Series notebook about a year ago, brilliant piece of technology it has turned out to be.

Recently the power supply failed and several attempts of visiting, calling and email Mustek in Midrand have proved fruitless. Constantly I've been asked to speak a Natasha who never bothers to revert back when called no ever responds to all emails sent to [Email Removed] My attempts to reach out to whom I was advised is the manager here (Liezel Van Der Westhuisen) have also proven fruitless, she's almost always on the phone.

At this moment I face a prospect of having to order a simple power supply overseas as all the supplies referred to by the main vendor have a somewhat less than satisfactory service.

I've enjoyed this ASUS product but would probably never buy it again because of the after sales service I've received so far.
