I bought a brand new playstaion3 not so long ago, about 6 months down the line it stops reading disk I take it to bt games where I have purchased it they tell me the repair could take up to 2weeks to a month which is not the issue, I then get a message from bt games saying my playstation has been repaired and is now ready for collection, when I do arrive to collect the playstation I get told it has not been repaired because they do not have any spares to do the repair.clearly that is not my problem, I then get told I must take it somewhere else to do the repair a place where I did not purchase the playstation3, so I go to a place called playground and they quote me R1500 for the repair which I am not prepared to pay, from my understanding the playstaion is still under warrenty
