PS 3 went in for repair, never got it back

I had a problem with my Sony Playstation 3 and I took it to be repaired at the Playground Store in Cresta Shopping Centre. Over a period of 6 months they tried to fix 3 different problems but only once I had queried it. To this day I have not received a response and they have had it for over a year now. I even had to pay R800 for a part that wasn't even broken.

This is very unprofessional and i do consider this as as well. If I don't receive a response, I will lay a charge of.
