Playstation 3 replaced with old "refurbished" one

On 20 April 2013 we took our Playstation 3 back to the CNA were we purchased it as it was not switching on. We were then told it will be sent in to get fixed. We followed up weekly and were told that it is busy getting fixed. On 24 May 2013 (over a month since taking it in) were told by Anusha the branch manager that the playstation is still sitting at their branch at Galleria as the courier sent it to the incorrect place twice. We were never once told of this on our weekly follow ups with them we were just being assured that it was being fixed. Anusha then said the regional manager will be personally coming to the branch on Monday and taking it to be fixed. On 06/06/2013 (7 weeks later) CNA called and said the Playstation is ready we can come and collect it. Today 07/06/2013 my husband went to Galleria CNA to collect it and they have given him a "refurbished" Playstation - not our original Playstation. They claim this is their policy which is completely unacceptable to replace ours with not even a new Playstation but an old used Playstation. I am highly disgusted with the service as we have no proof now if the "refurbished" one packs up of were we got it from.
