Slow Internet Speed

The last 2 days was terrible with the internet. Im on the MTN Uncapped lite 3gig package. The speeds use to be 40KB/s then it jumped to 70-90KB/s and now its about 11KB/s. Its so bad that i cant even browse websites. I phoned 1555 and the person was useless and treated me as if i was a! I went to a MTN branch in Newton Park and even they were horified how slow the internet was. Ive had this contract for more than a year and never has this happened. Another person on the same package and in the same house gets speeds around 400KB/s and they are way past the 3Gig limit.
