Disappointed for the last time

Good day

I am unfortunately very disappointed in the "latest" HP Printer, the Officejet 8500a. I purchased it almost 2 years ago and it started miss-printing intensely. I took it in and they mentioned I need to replace the printer heads, but at the same cost of what I originally bought the printer for.

My family has always purchased HP printers, about 4 of them before my current one and most would last 5 years or more with minor issues. However, my latest experience with the HP Printer and the ridiculous cost of repairs has made me decide to boycott HP from now on.

I wish HP good luck, but you have lost a long standing client. Cheers.
