No service and no repai

Service only after previous Hello Peter posting, repairs conducted in promised 7 working days but 7 days without a replacement unit. Service by Ensure IT. On receipt of "repaired" unit noticed no feeder tray!! Ink tray full of yellow ink all over. The yellow was a cause of the initial complaint but not mentioned in the return invoice. Obviously was a problem but no mention made. Can still not test the "repaired" unit as no feeder tray available. This is my second and last HP product, as I had to resort to Hello Peter to resolve the previous problem as well. It seems that there is no accountability in the company. Another automated email response will no doubt land in my in-box by the morning and then just wait, wait, wait. Disgusting service by what was once a leader.
