Oke, scrached, messed up my tablet

I judt want to inform you that company is not at all competent. They claim they FIX your tablet, when in fact they do the total opposite.
They are clearly not qualified or trained to fix anything.
I sent in my tablet to get my screen fixed, it was only cracked and was still in full working order.
I then asked them if they can fix my screen, which they said thst they can for R900. They collected it from work and charged an extra R200 for fetching it from jy work place.
After 2 days they delivered it, the screen was "fixed" but the tablet was scrached and the screen was no longer a touch screen. The tablet is now useless. They clearly do not know how to fix anything...
