First Tech courier "can't deliver up stairs"

Ordered two printers valued at almost R26K. Super speedy delivery, 4 guys rock up the next day. But the are at reception saying your printers are downstairs. I ask how that helps me, they reply "it's against company policy to deliver upstairs". 4 four guys cannot take the printer up stairs, so I must carry them up stairs single-handed?
Never again, you lot can stick your EQ wherever you care to deliver them.
