I booked my Samsung Tablet in for repairs August 2013 and they quoted me to fix the screen and i told them its for the software problems specifically. September 2013 it came back and nothing was fixed so i sent it back for repairs and was quoted once again on screen costs and i told them once again it's the software that is faulty. The tablet was sent back to me and the software was fixed but screen was shattered in the right hand corner. Reported it to sales assistant and i told her that i would not take it like that and they told me that they would call me. Called them up until 5 February 2014 and they told me they will get back to me. I am paying for something that i am not using and i do not know who to go to for this issue to be resolved. I am disgusted in the treatment that i am receiving and as a customer i at least deserve my tablet back that i am paying for! Or new one I don't deserve this treatment I see that i pay it on time! i have been contacting HEAD OFFICE whole week!
