Tgames online orders are not right

So here is my little story, pre ordered ps4 months back just after E3 in june, to get an email 3weeks ago to confirm my bundle purchase, i do this and i order the bigger bundle for R7799.
Chosen Bundle:
Vanilla = R6299.90: No
Vanilla Killzone = R6899.90: No
Vanilla Killzone DS4 Camera = R7799.90: Yes Chosen Accessories:
DS4 Black Controller = R899.90: No
DS4 Blue Controller= R899.90: No
DS4 Red Controller= R899.90: No
Camera= R899.90: No
DS4 Charging Station= R399.90: No
PS4 Stand= R299.90: No

go in to btgame at attubery the next day to confirm my order and put R1000 down to book this pre order, so i sit here 2 or 3 weeks later thinking everything is hunky dory... get a email stating order confirmation of ps4... Wrong one. email btgames orders online only for them to state" sorry we cant help you"!!! whats the point of a pre order and deposite then.
