I bough a new ASUS X550C laptop (2weeks old) for a user at our company. The laptop made fan noises and crashed with blue screen on start up.

So I contacted ASUS, which referred me to Part Serve. They do the warranty repairs for ASUS.
The first problem I had with them was that when I called them, they said they will come fetch the laptop the following day (Tuesday), and by Wednesday (2days later) they still didn't pitch up. So I called again, they then told me the driver will only be able to come the following day (Thursday). So they eventually pitched up on the Friday to collect the laptop.

Then I didn't hear anything from either ASUS or Part Serve until the following Wednesday when I phoned them to follow up on what's happening. They told me the unit is currently being accessed and they will contact me. So I waited another 2 days, still no feedback. So I called again to follow up. This time they told me that they need the password for the laptop which I then gave to them. (why didn't they just phone me and ask me instead of doing nothing?)
They called me again the next day asking for the password again.

After waiting another week with no response I contacted ASUS for a refund
