Incorrect Item on pre orde

Pre order 2 copies of Call of Duty Ghost from btgames online from the Blue Route Branch. Collect the morning of launch only to install and find out i was not given the pre order copy. Been is store multiple times to query but same excuse's about emailing JHB branch. I had to end up calling the complaints manager to get them to even notify me what was happening. Almost a month and nothing has been done.

Useless service from BT Games will never buy from them again as this is not the first issue i have had from them.
