STILL WAITING FOR ITEM NOT DELIVERED

Placed an online order on the 29th of December, which was for 31st December delivery. One of the items I ordered PnP . I ordered and paid for 6 X 250ml of Ultra Mel Vanilla Custard but they only delivered 3 X 250ml. I immediately called them and a lady I spoke to said she will fix this and send a message through to the shop for a re-delivery of the remaining 3. 11 days later I'm still waiting. I mean for goodness sakes how long does it take to deliver 3 X 250ml of Ultra Mel Vanilla Custard.
