ADVERTISING BY CNA 3-17 DECEMBER - PLAYSTATION 4

PRE-ORDER BEFORE ITS GAME OVER - 3-17 DEC 2013!! CNA advertised 3 specials. I was interested in the PS4 accessories Bundle includes extra controller PS4 camera Killzone Shadowfall - R7799.90. On the advert it specifies that you need to pre-order. I went online last night not to find the specials on the website. Decided to go to 2 CNA stores to find out that pre-ordering actually ended 27 November 2013 and not as advertised on the front page of their brochure.

I phone the customer care line 0800 203 925 they confirmed that pre-ordering did end 27 November but that I should provide the store with my details, and that all stores will receive extra stock. Seeing that this is a popular item I decided to go to a 2nd store to improve my chances of obtaining one of these specials. Eventually the manager took my details and said he will contact me if they received exstra stock but he doudt it. My problem and complaint is not that I might not obtain a Playstation 4 but the fact that the advertisement specifies pre-order 3 Dec - 17 Dec but that the pre-ordering actually ended 27 November. This advert is misleading and leaves customers with false and disappointing expectations.
