Debitorder more than double what it should be

New car bought from Drivecarsales. Contract stated first debit order on 01/06/2013 will be R899. On 31/05/2013, an amount of R971 was paid into my bank account with reference number SPR7407. The next day, an amount of R2634.76 was deducted with the same reference number. Including the deposit made, an amount of R1663, 76 was thus deducted instead of R899 (more than double the instalment). As a result, bank account reflects negatively and other debit orders were returned as a result of insufficient funds. Despite numerous calls, email and messages left, still no response received.
