No response and horrid service!

Hi there,

I hope that you are well. I have phoned through last week friday and was told that to redeem my voucher against online shopping products I wanted (as they were on sale), I need to send the order details through to Nadia which I did immediately.By tuesday afternoon I had heard nothing so I phoned and asked to speak to her, and she responded saying that she had not "got round to my e-mail" and would reply by the end of the day. I had no e-mail from her by wednesday afternoon and thus phoned her again. She said yesterday that she had passed it on to someone else and that the order was being processed and I would receive confirmation by the end of the day yesterday. I also informed her that I wish to pick up my (large) order on friday from the Sibaya branch which she agreed would be ready. I also asked for payment details so that I may pay the outstanding balance. I have STILL not received any confirmation of my order. PLEASE can someone assist me with this PROPERLY! Tomorrow will be one week since I initiated this request (which I was told would be processed) and I have STILL not been assisted! This is absolutely disgusting service and I am NOT impressed!
