Terrible service from General Manage

This company is a true example of bad service. GM Craig Cawood has been trying and failing badly, to get our systems up and running. We have been waiting not months, but years for this company to tailor-make our system. We have been painted a beautiful picture of what he can do for us, but have had very little delivered. What an absolute waste of time, if we knew how badly this company treats existing and new clients, we would not have bothered investing time and money into them. Trinesoft's logo: Getting to know your business is a key part of the way we do business... needs to seriously be updated, as you can't care less about the way we need to run ours. Very, very disappointed in the level of professionalism they offer, which is making our business suffer!!
