Great service from Spares Dept

I recently needed to get a new power supply unit for my computer. I did an on-line enquiry and I was asked to supply the serial number of my computer. To which I supplied and within about 30 minutes I had a quote e-mailed to me. The only reason that I can gather that they needed the serial no was in order to supply me with the correct part. After having paid I e-mailed the proof of payment. The delivery would take 5-10 working days as the part had to be ordered in. After just a week I received my new PSU in perfect condition.
