Billed for nothing

I took my pc to matrix Kensington because it was not booting. i aksed the technician to check what was the problem. he removed my power supply and replaced it with another. then after he told me that my motherboard was broken and its better that i buy another computer. i asked for a quoation and he gave me a pamplet. i was going to decide which computer to buy when he told me that his power supply had been damaged when he tested my pc. conclusion i was charged R 200 for what he called labour. my PC is not working and i have been charged labour. I feel I have been cheated and will avoid this place in future.
