I concur 100% with other opinions express about these clowns. I have been using their system in my two shops for more than a year and still have problems with it. Calling the so-called Joburg head office is an ordeal due to their dis-interested and rude attitude. Their local "service agent" Richard McGeorge is almost impossible to get hold of and repeatedly misses appointments and seems to up something new every time he comes to "fix" an old problem. He doesn't listen to our instructions and changes the system unilaterally and then claims he was told to do so by us. It took six months of repeated calls to get him to come and fix his last stuff up and now something new is wrong. Should just have gone with Pastel, in fact that's what I'm doing now. Don't go near 4POS unless you enjoy frustration and poor service.
