I was at telkom express store in kenilworth with my wife, to enquire about my statement/ account. we were assisted by a guy called Chad. he explained something which we did not understand and while talking to us he was calling call centre to assist further. for some reason while talking to the agent I was cut off the line. So chad's colleague Tiny Tomas took over to assist us. she still couldn't explain how they billed pro rata so she asked Chad for assistance.
When he responded to Tiny we heard him saying I quote " I told the client how they were charged but they don't want to listen". To show him that we overheard him I (Simphiwe) called him and Chad said I qoute again
"I'm busy I have work to do". When he came out he was talking back to us while speaking to him saying insisting that we don't listen. FOR THE FACT THAT WE HEARD HIM HE WAS NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC ABOUT THAT JUST BEING ARROGANT AND RUDE.

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AT TELKOM EXPRESS WAS PATHETIC, POOR AND LOUSEY. CHAD DARIES YOU ARE IN A WRONG FIELD CHANGE CAREER BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BIG TIME.
