Hellopeter supports slander campaign by competito

Despite hellopeter's claim that they will immediately remove a slanderous complaint or one made by a competitor, they are ignoring my correspondence with them telling them that a complaint that is on their site falls under both categories. I have used their form as well as e-mailed them at their admin' address, but have had no reply and the complaint is still on.

I breed mini pigs (website tiny-teacup-pigs(.)com). Another breeder wrote the hellopeter complaint consisting entirely of untrue hearsay told to her by another breeder who I had 'outed' as a on my website a couple of months ago. The other breeder who I outed on my page has jumped on the bandwagon and is adding even more untrue slander in the comments to the complaint, along with someone else.
The breeder who wrote the complaint has apologized to me but hellopeter refuses to take her false complaint down.
Hellopeter wants people to pay money to respond to complaints and then they say that once you've paid you agree to forego any legal action against them for slander! If they leave the complaint on for a year despite you giving them evidence that it is not true, there's nothing you can do to them! Nice?
